This is a special day for Patrick. Third Eye Blind's new album opened at #1 on iTunes, beating out the likes of George Strait, Kings of Leon, and the Fray. Tears of joy will be streaming down the big guy's face tonight for sure.

Yes the time of this blog is accurate, I am up at 7:15am. All week Pat and I have been getting up at this ungodly hour to crush it at the gym. I'd like to say I'm growing accustomed to my alarm going off at 6:45....but not yet. It's a good routine to keep up. Wish us luck!

Check out this short clip of Danny Carey (the drummer for Tool) layin' down a little sauce. As someone commented under the video: "Danny Carey is the Viking God of drums." I tend to agree. And no Pat, you are not a viking god yet....maybe someday.

I'd like to thank everyone who came and rocked out with us at Illusions...I apologize to anyone who suffered PNFMS (or post-navar face melting syndrome). There will surely be more victims in the coming months.
